- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the garlic butter over the bottom halves of the rolls. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on cheese, spread the remaining garlic butter on top, and cover with aluminum foil.
