Description
A playful and delicious recipe for adorable mini burgers that will bring smiles to your family and friends.
Ingredients
- Mini burger buns
- Ground meat (beef, chicken or vegetarian option)
- Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or any cheese of your choice)
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Chives for decoration
- Sauce (ketchup, mustard, or your favorite sauce)
Instructions
- Prepare the meat: In a large bowl, season the meat of your choice with salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Form small balls, about the size of a ping-pong ball.
- Cook the mini burgers: Cook the balls in a hot skillet for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until they are nicely browned. Don’t forget to place a slice of cheese on each ball during the last minute of cooking to let it melt.
- Prepare the buns: While the meat is cooking, slice your mini burger buns in half and lightly toast them. This adds crunch to your burger.
- Assemble: On the bottom half of the bun, add a leaf of lettuce, then place the meatball with cheese on top. Top with a halved cherry tomato and close with the top half of the bun.
- Decorate: To top it all off, use chives to create fun faces on your burgers. Let your imagination run wild!
Notes
If you don’t have lemon at home to season your burgers, don’t worry! A little balsamic vinegar will work just as well. These mini burgers are perfect for friend gatherings or a birthday party. Trust me, they will disappear in a flash!
