Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- Sour cream and green onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the wings with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well-coated.
- Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toss the cut potatoes in a mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes out on another baking sheet and bake alongside the chicken wings for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan over them, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on the fries and return them to the oven until melted.
- Add crumbled bacon and any extra toppings you like (sour cream and green onions).
- Arrange your wings and loaded fries on a platter and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider double-baking the fries. You can also add more garlic if you’re a garlic lover!
