Description

Delicious mini quiches, perfect for any occasion, easily customizable with vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or other)
  • 1 cup vegetables of your choice (bell peppers, spinach, onions)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pâté brisée or puff pastry (based on your preference)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the milk, salt, and pepper, then mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the cheese and vegetables to the egg mixture. Gently mix to distribute the ingredients.
  4. Roll out the pastry in a muffin tin, cutting circles for each mold. This will be the crust for your mini quiches.
  5. Fill each pastry mold with the egg and vegetable mixture.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are golden and puffed up.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to experiment! This recipe is perfect for using up leftovers in your fridge. For a richer taste, add fresh herbs like basil or chives.
