  • 1 lb lobster meat (cooked and diced)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works great) For extra crunch
  • 2 pcs eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour For coating

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard For added flavor
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped) For garnish
  • 1/2 cup butter For garlic sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh parsley. Mix everything gently until well combined.

Forming Bites

  • With clean hands, shape the mixture into bite-sized patties.

Cooking

  • Heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the lobster bites in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Making Garlic Butter Sauce

  • Melt the butter in a small pot over low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and let it simmer until fragrant.
  • Drizzle generously over the crispy bites.

Serving

  • Plate the crispy lobster bites with a sprinkle of parsley on top for flair and serve with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

You can form the lobster bites ahead of time and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to fry. Just make sure to chill them for at least 30 minutes. Don't skip the sauce; it elevates the bites significantly!
