Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Layers

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream Let’s keep it classy!
  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream Because every dessert needs a bit of flair.
  • 2 cups strawberry ice cream For that fruity freshness.

Toppings and Extras

  • 1 cup whipped cream Optional, because why not?
  • to taste Fresh berries for garnish Totally optional, but they add a nice pop!

Preparation

  • Grab a loaf pan or a shallow rectangular dish. Line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  • Scoop the vanilla ice cream into the pan, spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon.
  • Follow with the chocolate ice cream, smoothing it out evenly.
  • Add the strawberry ice cream on top, creating a colorful layer.
  • Cover the pan with plastic wrap, and pop it into the freezer for at least four hours (or overnight).
  • Once firm, let it sit for a few minutes, then slice into beautiful pieces.
  • Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh berries, if desired.

Notes

Experiment with different flavors such as coffee ice cream or mint chocolate chip. Store leftovers by covering with plastic wrap and returning to the freezer.
