Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Butter makes everything better
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 each lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For that lovely color
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional, but adds a nice touch

Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. If you don’t have a grill, a broiler will do just fine.
  • Carefully cut through the back shell of the lobster tails, stopping just where the tail starts. Gently pry the shell apart to expose the meat. Use a knife to cut the meat slightly so it can absorb the garlic sauce.

Making the Garlic Sauce

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but avoid burning it.
  • Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  • Place the prepared lobster tails on the grill, shell side down.
  • Brush generously with the garlic sauce.
  • Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • If broiling, watch carefully to prevent overcooking.

Serving

  • Once the lobster tails are cooked, drizzle more garlic sauce on top and garnish with parsley if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If your garlic sauce looks lumpy, don't stress; it will still taste incredible. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat gently.
