  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts No one wants bone fragments ruining their dinner vibe.
  • 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce Pick your favorite sauce.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For that delicious melty goodness.

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken, covering all the breasts.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top of the chicken.
  • Put the lid back on and let it melt into ooey-gooey perfection.

Serving

  • Once the cheese is melty and bubbly, serve with pasta, rice, or salad.

Notes

Pair with garlic bread or an arugula salad. Leftovers can be used in sandwiches or wraps. Add veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
