Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat Fresh is best, but frozen works in a pinch.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
  • 1 piece lemon, zest Zest from one lemon.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • If you are using fresh lobster, ensure it is cooked and chopped into bite-sized pieces. If frozen, thaw it under cold water.

Cooking

  • In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the unsalted butter. Let it melt gently.
  • Once your butter is melted, toss in the minced garlic and stir it for about a minute, just until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped lobster meat to the skillet and stir everything together, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • Add a sprinkle of salt, a dash of pepper, and the lemon zest. Give it one last stir, then remove it from heat.
  • Transfer your Lobster Bites into a serving dish, top with fresh parsley, and add lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Fresh lobster is ideal, but frozen can be used if defrosted. Feel free to add more butter for a richer taste, but moderation is key. Consider serving with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
